Leaders of the Pack. Fore-Runners setting the pace for others to follow.
"And He Himself gave some to be Apostles, some Prophets, some Evangelists, and some Pastors and Teachers, for the equipping of the Saints for the work of the Ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ." Eph. 4:11,12
You need to realize that as a leader, you have the responsibility to lead others to Christ and train them to do the work of the Ministry. You must walk in the light of Christ so others will trust and follow you to thier destiny. It's time for God's leaders to stop playing games and grow up and be the leader that God called you to be. One in the fore-front of others directing them to Christ and to where they belong in Ministry. (How can you fly like an Eagle if your following a bunch of Turkeys?) As leaders we are Fore-Runners, setting the pace for others to follow. We run the race to win.

Be a leader in the Fore-Front not a shadow in the crowd.
God is moving you out of your comfort zone and putting you up front to lead, using new ways of doing things and taking you down new paths that you have not been down before. God is causing you to become a "Trail Blazer" blazing a trail for others to follow, by ways they have not gone before. (like crossing over the Jordan River.) By God's anointing and leading we will cross over to the promises of God.
This is not just a year of transition, but a year of transformation! God is transforming us into what He wants us to be, in His likeness. God is giving you creativity and a new strategy for winning your spiritual battles and for success in your life. Limitations and Stumbling blocks are coming down. Kingdom Purpose in your life will burn off the fog of distractions around you. This will be a year of New Things, realignment, focus, establishing and building up. God's promises will be fulfilled in your life and you will be fulfilled as you reach your destiny in Ministry.
You are a Fore-Runner, blazing a trail for others to follow towards Christ and His Kingdom.
